Event Description
Join us for the One-Day Free Physiotherapy Camp, organized by SNP Welfare Foundation, providing essential physiotherapy services to the local community. With a team of one female and two male physiotherapists, the camp will focus on offering treatments for musculoskeletal pain, improving mobility, and educating participants on rehabilitation techniques to promote long-term physical health and well-being. Our objectives include providing physiotherapy services, increasing awareness about the benefits of physiotherapy, and promoting preventive care.
Activities will involve:
- Physiotherapy assessments, including evaluations of musculoskeletal conditions, joint pain, back pain, posture issues, and mobility concerns
- Therapy sessions with practical physiotherapy treatments, including joint mobilization, stretching exercises, and posture correction techniques
- Health education talks discussing the importance of physiotherapy in managing chronic pain and improving physical mobility
- Home care recommendations with personalized advice on exercises, posture improvements, and lifestyle changes to support long-term health
- Distribution of educational materials with tips on injury prevention, posture correction, and maintaining physical well-being
